I confirm that Kris and Adrian recently completed extensive back‑to‑brick renovation and full damp‑proofing works at the property. This included new plumbing and electrics to current standards, thermal and moisture‑control measures, exterior drainage channels, improved surface‑water guttering, and replacing the wooden ground floor with a solid concrete base.
