Vishal arrived on time, diagnosed the fault on the light fitting that stopped working, fixed the issue, then also changed 2 other light fittings in other rooms that I asked him to look at while at my home without prior notice and replaced them with pendant lights. He checked all lights and electrics were working well before he left, took time to explain the work undertaken and cost and then cleaned up after himself before he left. Trustworthy contractor, I wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Strong Tower was recommended by my son after having his house rewired. When contacted, Vishal responded within the hour. He visited next day to assess the work needed. He explained the process. He helped me contact National Grid to have an isolator switch fitted and even attended the engineer's visit. Vishal then replaced the fuse board at the time and for the price agreed. His work was neat and he cleaned up afterwards. When the work was completed, he gave me the Electrical Installation and the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Very good experience. All work was carried out in an efficient manner and to a high standard. STE always communicated with me, ran me through the work taking place, the price, suggestions. All brilliantly done and very happy. I would highly recommend and we shall be using STE again.

Communicated well the day before when he would arrive and gave a 20mins out notification. Was prompt and punctual. Carried out tests to diagnose the problem. Found the issue quickly and remedied the problem. Excellent service.
