Following my enquiry requesting a quotation for Replacement windows and a new door the quotation was received swiftly and communication in regards to the available Colours / styles / glass were all explained clearly. During our decision making customer service was good. Installation was approx. 1 week and the team were polite and left our home clean and tidy and ensured we were happy with everything. We did ask for a piece of glass to be changed to frosted and this was completed without any fuss.

Had new Windows fitted yesterday,a big shout out to the fitters who did an excellent job and were very nice to deal with.The Windows are very good And our dealings with the firm from Helen in the office to Tony who quoted us the price and the fitters were very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm
