  Mark booked me in at very short notice and arrived on time. He explained the process in a clear and easy to understand way. He did a great job making sure not to leave any mess behind after taking the sample

  Taking sample of artex ceiling for asbestos testing

  Another local trader had not turned up for this job and Mark contacted me following a Checkatrade enquiry. Mark arrived in just over 1 hour to take the samples. I received the lab report 3 days later. Mark’s price was also very competitive. I would recommend this trader.

  I instructed Strata to carry out a full refurbishment survey on a property that I had bought. The surveyor arrived on time and carried out a thorough inspection of my property. The report was quickly received and easy to understand. Thanks guys for an all round excellent service 👍
