  Roofing Leak

  Carried out investigation in to internal water leak and completed agreed work. Gave a credible assessment of the issues we were experiencing and made a clear plan on how to address the problem. Came when he said he would and was polite, respectful and cheerful.

  New roof

  Josh and his team were excellent. Kept me updated with pictures and videos of the work required and what was carried out. Very reasonable with cost as well. Will definitely be calling Josh if further works/repairs on my house are needed.

  Chimney rebuild

  Great company to deal with. Josh went above and beyond to help us sort out are chimney problem. We had to have a complete new chimney built. They were great at cleaning up behind themselves and kept us updated on what was happening. Regular photos to see what progress was being made. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend Straightline.

  Damaged brick work removed. New bricks added. Matching bricks and mortar well.

  Brick work damaged by car. Then came with the right brick and mixed mortar to be similar. This done from a photo they asked for. Didn't take too long. Was helpful. Answering questions I asked. Working carefully and cleaning as they went. Gave good advice and was honest about the work. Fair price for what they did. I will be using them again. I would recommend to any who need their service.

  Roof repair and maintenance.

  Replace leadwork and render both sides of roof and against chimney. New coating of fibreglass paint on dormer roof. Team were polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They worked fast and without issue. Competitive pricing with quote and invoice provided and videos of work as it was being done throughout the job which gave me confidence in the company. Gutters and roof cleaned of debris when work was completed. Excellent experience,

  Chimney removal/Lime repointing

  We are absolutely delighted with the work Josh and his team carried out on our Victorian house. From quoting to finishing the job, Josh kept us informed throughout, providing photos and updates. Having bought the house last year, a lot of repair work needs doing, Josh and his team carried out a chimney removal, stone wall renovation and repointing, remodellling of concrete in garden, partial fascia and gutter upgrades, and render repairs. Everything has been done to a very high standard and looks amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble. They all worked so hard, and to have around.
