  Boiler replacement

  Sam and his team have been in over the years to carry out various work. They have just completed a boiler replacement and I could not be happier. Everything from the inital visit where Sam explained my options to receiving the quote which was competitively priced through to the work being carried out and finished, went smoothly. Anything that Sam had to move to do the work was put back exactly as it was and I have to say you would not have known anyone had been in to do the work the whole house was left spotless. Highly recommend the team and will be using again, thank you.

  Quality Work Carried Out Within Your Ageed Budget

  We got a quote from ST Property Services for a complete refurbishment of our daughter’s ground floor flat in June 2025. We agreed the quote and the work went ahead to include under floor beams and new floor in 2 rooms , to install a central heating system, complete new kitchen (disability friendly) oven & Hob dishwasher washing machine all new units and work tops. New shower room walk in type comfort toilet Complete re wired throughout and replastered and decorated. We are extremely pleased with the excellent work done within budget by ST Property Services

  Full Wet Kitchen Installation

  Sam was amazingly professional throughout and the quality of work was excellent and fairly priced. Couldn't recommend any one else. Top worker and lovely guy. Gonna have him back round soon to finish tiling as he does it all. 5 Stars

  Bathroom fitted and hot water cylinder

  Sam and ST Properties stepped in to help me with the installation of a new hot water cylinder and fitted bathroom suite when my original plumber was unable to complete the work.I was very satisfied with the finish and found Sam and Ian to be very reliable.I appreciate ST Properties coming to the rescue and their ability to help out last minute
