In conjunction with White Rose Plumbing, Sam Taylor remodelled and refitted a small shower room with a corner shower to include an integrated toilet and sink unit and a recessed shower. This meant cutting into the next door bedroom and reconfiguring an existing built in wardrobe to enable the shower to be recessed into the wall - thus creating a much larger footprint in the bathroom. All work was agreed up front and thoroughly costed. While it was being done some excellent suggestions from Sam resulted in a very happy customer!

Sam is reliable, arrives on time, listened to our needs and came up with valuable nuggets of advice. His work was precise, well thought through, considerate and the finish is very high quality. We have other projects in mind for our property & Sam will be the man we call.

Great new kitchen - supplied by Howdens but fitted by Sam with plumbing support from plumbing, electrical and building colleagues Extensive new kitchen including removing an internal wall, replastering, replumbing , and new electrics. Excellent job, pleasant , courteous, amazing at tidying up and good workmanship all fitted for a good price and also decorated as well. Minor issue with the new floor - but a plan to sort it out in place - always good to know any minor hiccups will be put right and the tradesperson wont just disappear.

I have used ST Property Improvements for a number of projects on my property and have been very pleased with the quality of work done. This time I required a bedroom redecorating and it was done within 3 days.

Sam was extremely courteous and helpful and most important of all, knowledgeable abut what was needed to be done, and this was backed up by the quality of his workmanship. Everything was completed on time as promised and Sam always provided solutions to any queries or questions we had. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

This is the sixth time that we have used Sam, on this occasion to fit a kitchen. My wife and I really like both the quality of his work and the professional way in which he operates. We are very happy with the end result and will definitely use him again. Tidy, reliable and extremely polite, he is highly recommended.
