10 Fitting new kitchen tap

Stan and his son visited to give us a quote on a filter tap replacement. We needed a new part which they sourced and then arranged a date to install. From the moment we spoke with Stan on the phone after looking for a reliable plumber, we felt we were in safe hands from the off. Very clear communication throughout and Stan made sure to pop over first before giving me a quote, which I personally like (Rather than plucking numbers out the sky). We had 2 new radiators which needed fitting in our living/dining room area, with both radiators in new positions in the room. Stan and his Son make an exceptional team and are very knowledgable and will also give you kind recommendations whilst having your best interest at heart. Father and son both arrived so a 2 for 1 deal! They were both very knowledgable, ascertained both of my plumbing problems quickly, one of which they were able to explain to me how I could remedy it myself at zero cost. The other problem, they tried the cheaper and easier options first. Ultimately I needed a slightly more expensive fix, but the total price for their work, the time, and the materials I feel was incredibly reasonable.
