  Professional and friendly team with A+++ communication

  From the moment I met Jason I knew this was the company for me, he was friendly, helpful, informative, advisory and professional, he knows his stuff after working in this field for many years. You know you in good hands. If you have a question you are answered quickly with no fuss, in fact everyone in the company go above and beyond to help, Shaun is wonderful and the fitters are professional, polite and humble.   Fitting of 2x UPVC bedroom windows

  Two bedroom windows required replacing. Stourbridge Windows were recommended by family, so I called them for a quote. There was no answer in the office but I was called back almost immediately. A date/time was arranged for measurements etc. They attended on time and were polite and attentive. The price provided was very reasonable (£1600) and the lead time was only a few weeks. The fitters were very polite and professional. They completed the job in a morning, left the rooms spotless, and took the old units away. Overall the service/communication has been excellent, start to finish.

  Fit a new uPvc back door and two side windows

  Job from start to finish was dealt with very efficiently and reliably. Following my initial call, they came out to cost the job the same day and I received a quote within 24 hours. I was given an install date within a few days of my accepting the quote. The guys came and completed the job within 3 1/2 hours. All work completed to a high standard leaving no mess. I was very impressed.. And to Stourbridge Windows, thank you… Highly Recommended.

  Brilliant service

  Jason and the team were amazing from start to finish. Jason came to quote, and gave great advise on keeping windows as close to original as possible (bay and modern sash windows) The lads who came to install the windows were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and very professional Absolutely delighted with the service and products - highly recommend

  Replacement of 8 windows

  We are very impressed with Stourbridge Windows, both on their workmanship and their overall working ethics. They always kept us up to date on progress throughout the process from the initial sale to completion. Their communication was also extremely good (never had to chase them). Great quality windows and very porfessionally fitted. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants UPVC windows!

  New Windows

  Excellent business. The owner, Jason is very friendly, polite, punctual and professional. The same goes for the fitters Kyle and Tyler. The whole process from requesting a quote to getting the windows fitted was very smooth. We had 6 new windows installed (one of which is a large bay). I am very happy with the work that was carried out and can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again to eventually replace our other windows!
