  From the initial phone call through to completion Tom was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and reliable with excellent communication. On the day of the job they were on time and very considerate and respectful. The job was completed to high standards with no issues whatsoever.   A good experience with Tom and his team. Tom appreciated the type of work I wanted, ie replacement, not a quick fix - and why. Others approached did not. I was happy with the way Tom and his team went about the work here and very pleased with result.
