He even reduced the price based on our situation, which we truly appreciate.   Brilliant, reliable and professional

  Ricky and his team have been amazing in getting the leak in our bay windows fixed. Ricky came in for initial inspection and correctly identified the root cause and also suggested helpful tips on what we needed be aware of even if we decided to go with another person. They sent a detailed invoice, listed out what works would be done, also promptly answered few questions we had. They were extremely professional, kind, on-time, completed all the work that was promised without burning a big hole in the pocket. They have gone above and beyond with their service and would definitely recommend.

  Save the flat room

  This is second time used Ricky for getting my roof fixed , my flat roof badly leaking , other company cover and suggested get the roof replacement done, Ricky suggested getting it fixed and quote very reasonable price , thank you Ricky the honest advice and fair price , see the photos My flat roof before and after such big difference, Ricky is polite with excellent communication skills , like the quote method very unique description details of job very clear , and with 10 years guarantee, after the job done Rick warmly say bye bye “ if any problems just let me know and come back fix it for u

  Roof repair

  On beginning of Jun New bought a house in CR3 area , one side of the house wall full of damp, ever company /so-trader after check the damp wall give advice is roof replacement , been received a few quotes from Checktrade all are about £30K+ , I was so stressed with the costs. Till one day I received a call from Ricky suggested the roof repair will be sorted the damp problem, I was shocked to know the roof can repair and the cost only £4K + , during the work Ricky take a lot of photos before and after send to me every day, Thabk you Ricky for the nice job , excellent communication skill !
