He really guided us through the whole process using his expertise to deliver us an excellent CCTV solution for our needs that we’re absolutely delighted with. James was fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough. Having recently moved house and finding that the alarm was temperamental, I contacted a few companies about getting it changed. James was the most efficient, professional and, to top it off, the cheapest too. He came out to quote when he said he would, was able to fit the alarm in a timely manner (rather than having to wait weeks), fitted the alarm perfectly, kept the house tidy and he was friendly too. I have contacted him since to change something (for personal preference) and he has been more than happy to help. Top service overall!
