I received a prompt reply after posting the job. Luke came out the following day to look at the issue. He recommend a repair costing £300. The previous day a different company had quoted £1,600 or a new roof at £22,000! Luke seemed really knowledgeable and explained why the expensive repair that we had previously been quoted for wasn't necessary. He came across as honest, trustworthy and personable. We had an alarming issue with a lealy roof, continuing snow and an unreliable roofer. As a result, we turned to Storm roofing. The outcome was remarkable: they came when they said would; explained the job, price and timescale, and they were professional and friendly throughout. From first contact Storm Roofing were excellent, replying to my message almost immediately, no fuss and great communication.
