  Leaking T Joint on gutter

  Good communication. Jack came round to quote quickly. We accepted quote. Friendly workman arrived on time. I showed him where the leak was. Checking later the cracked T section removed and he was spraying with a repair compound. I enquired why he was not replacing the part (£4 in Screwfix) and he said he would replace if I wanted. I said that there was no point in trying to repair it, particularly as a repair would not last as long as a new part. He agreed. He had to go and get the part. Unbelievable that a gutter firm don’t carry basic parts and he hadn’t been told what the job involved.

  Slipped tiles

  Team came out to quote me to repair slipped tiles blocking a gutter. They quoted a fair price and offered to do it there and then. Work done in minutes and got given some longer term roof care advice. Absolutely brilliant service

  Replacing of felt

  The team were very responsible and were able to provide a quote the day after I contacted them. They managed to do the work that same week. The team were great, professional and kind. They even fixed a few other issues while they undertook the work. We weren't left with scaffolding for days. In short, couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!

  Rapid response to the posted job and an initial visit within 24 hours. When I decided to proceed with the job they again turned the visit around within 24 hours. Job was completed within minutes with no fuss. Very happy customer.

  Roofing with Solar panels

  Jack and the team re-flect and battened my roof carefully removing and replacing the solar PV cells. They worked very hard and were tidy, polite, and courteous. When they had finished I was very pleased with the workmanship which was confirmed by Building Control. A few weeks later I had fascias replaced by another company and they damaged the verges. Jack was passing and noticed. He sent his guys back to fix the issue and install anti bird wire round my PV cells at no extra charge. Definitely a company to trust who will do a proper job you can rely upon.
