  Straight forward, did what they said was necessary, didn't attempt to sell me a full re roof.

  Had some damp presenting on a bedroom wall. Guys turned up when they said they would (unlike one of the other contractors). Explained that there were a number of damaged tiles and the felt and baton beneath had perished (showed me photos of this). Said a repair would suffice and the re-roof, which one of the other contractors said was desperately needed, wasn't needed at all. They were the cheapest of 3 contractors, albeit not by too much. Turned up and did the work on a Saturday and Sunday. Damp is drying out as a result. Very pleased.
