Steve responded to our job and visited us to offer a quote very quickly. Steve and crew were very nice and clear about what was happening during the time they were here. This proved to be a long and difficult job, which Steve and his team handled brilliantly well. This included dealing with planners, ecological consultants, neighbours and residents. The communication throughout was excellent and the accomodation of a couple of local issues was outstanding. The quality of the final job was superb, the site was clean and tidy and the team were off site on time. I had a leak for sometime which no one could find the source of. I had 5 other roofing companies attend. I finally used Checkatrade and Storm Guard responded straight away, they also rated really highly. They carried out a proper inspection found the issue, quoted, and then gave me a date to fixed it within a couple of days.
