Replacement of roof felting and battens, plus installing EPC trays, dry ridge system and dry verge system. Team of 10 arrived early in the morning as arranged and worked solidly to get the roof stripped and new felt and battens etc. installed and re-tiled (replacing any cracked or damaged tiles). Job done in record time and a good job done of clearing up after, leaving the garden tidy.

Accepted the quote on Thursday. Scaffolding erected on Saturday. Team of eight arrived Monday and worked from 8 am til 7 pm. Team of nine arrived Tuesday morning at 8am and job completed by noon. So 15 hours! I was kept informed of progress and shown a photograph and drone video when the gable end rafters were found to be rotten and on completion. Everything looks good to my admittedly very inexpert eye and guaranteed for 25 years.
