originally booked to replace fascia, soffits and downpipe. Rueben then identified holes in felt due to nesting birds as well as alignment issues with existing dry verge and dry ridge systems. subsequently we decided to go ahead and replace roof. all the work was completed within two days and seemingly to a high standard. scaffolding down within a few days of completion. Rueben kept us informed throughout the process.
