Contact was good job carried out , no mess left behind and it seems to have dealt with the problem. Flaunching and felting around the chimney needed attention. Middle photo was what needed attention.

We were contacted promptly after our request, visited the next day and given a reasonable estimate which we accepted. The work was started as soon as the weather was suitable. The damage to the chimney was completed, but damage to roof at its base was found during this. A price was quoted for this repair and accepted and this work was completed the following morning. Aaron also gave us advice about the state of the roof. He was polite and friendly and every aspect was completed efficiently. We were very satisfied and would recommend him.
