I contacted stk to have my fence replacement quoted and they turned up and the quote was very reasonable and decided to go with the price. The lads turned up on the date that was agreed and was early but didant start work untill 08:00 as didant want to disturb my neighbours which I thought was very respectful of the company which they was the whole time they were here. With the work I was also very happy with how progress was made everyday it was good to look out the window from time to time and the lads were always busy working . So over all very please with the end result 👍

We undertake remedial works for commercial property including hospitality and retail. We incorporated STK to aid in carpentry works and became a hands off process. Stuart delivered extremely high quality work in a seamless fashion.

Stk property solutions recently came and fitted some doors for me , Stuart came and was so punctual and on time and professional the whole way through, he overcame issues with the frames and has done a amazing job I couldn’t recommend a better company with lovely people.

Stuart and his team produced a great quality, perfectly fitting door for a really difficult shaped large church arch, all done in a day. They were tidy, lovely and the price was good. Let down by lots of other people beforehand but Stuart came through brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

Stewart is the most nice courteous man your meet … he knew exactly what I needed … turnt up on time … nothing to much trouble re fitted some skirting I needed done and left the house clean the same as it was. The standard of work is to a high excellence. Other guy Gary who was with him was lovely to.
