I booked an appointment with Andrew, who initially seemed ok. He was meant to do a site visit but claimed he couldn’t find the address. I’d asked him to call if there were issues, but he only sent a text. I called back within a minute, but he said he was too busy to look for the address or parking and couldn’t wait around as he has other jobs booked in plus a holiday coming up. Very disappointing—especially as the tenant waited in all morning for the 12pm appointment. His conduct was unprofessional and showed little respect for our time.

Andrew laid laminate flooring in my hallway, lounge and downstairs toilet. He was very reasonably priced, turned up promptly, worked quickly & went above and beyond doing little extras such as securing some loose floor boards which I am very grateful for. He was professional, pleasant to be around & he also plays the best music while he works ☺️

Andrew fitted new carpet to.my stairs. Lovely carpet and excellent job. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended

Andrew was incredibly responsive from the get go, responding to all my questions and requirements on the Check a Trade website. He arrived on time and got the job finished within an hour! He was friendly, reliable and worth every penny.
