  Dialogue was very easy. Communicated clearly and promptly. Supplied quotes and updated when required. We requested more work to be done than originally quoted and they were flexible. Worked well and interfaced with other trades. Could be relied upon, a responsible & trustworthy builder.

  Quality Dormer Repair and Cladding Installation

  SDT Builders responded quickly to my Checkatrade job request visiting the property that same afternoon. A quote was issued for the replacement of cement rendering to rear dormers with weatherproof cladding. The job required erection of scaffold which the contractor arranged and was included in the quote. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The contractor was always friendly and updated me daily. When completed the scaffold was quickly removed, the site was cleaned and any damaged roofing slates replaced. I would recommend SDT builders for future roofing work.

  Another excellent job

  After having my windows replaced by SDT builders last year, I decided to get a replacement door, Steve came round measured up and quoted quickly. On the day of fitting Leon and Ashley turned up promptly, they were very polite and professional, they worked really hard and Steve turned up to check everything was going to plan, Leon and Ashley did a really good job and tidied as they went. Very happy with my new door and highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

  I’ve used S Thompson Ltd a number of times now. They always do a great job. The most recent job was finished to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
