  Excellent Bespoke Work in Outbuilding

  Outstanding work, really pleased with the result. STH replaced a dangerous staircase to the store room over the garage, so that it could be brought back into use with a lovely bespoke staircase and built a bespoke door to it aswell.

  Create a new utility room and also undo a bad loft conversion

  Created a new utility room out of attached outbuildings, removed a badly designed/executed dormer and undid a bad loft conversion which had not been done to building regs by previous home owner. Did the work to a good standard for a very reasonable price and we are happy with the outcome.

  Rear extension.

  We had a rear extension by Steve and his team, they were all very polite and true to there word regarding cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend wholeheartedly STH design&build as we got the number of our friends who were also delighted with there completed extension. If I could find a downside it would be they start early, 7:30, we are not early risers but saying that they did not disturb us as they went about there business in a very timely manner.
