ST arrived on time the next day with no hassle. He serviced the boiler efficiently, all with a smile. Great bloke to chat with—10/10!

All in all very good attended and got tye job done same day. No issues.

Wasted a week of my time! Came out to look at the job, said part needed would need to be ordered. Phoned me the following day to say he'd get prices and call back the next day - no call. I sent text message, no response. I sent message via check a trade - no response. I followed up with a chaser phone call and was told again that part would need to be ordered - I asked if he'd got prices yet, he said "can I call you back when I get home?" (that was 19:32 last night) - still waiting!! If you don't want the job just be honest and say so.

Booked boiler service, guy hasn’t turned up, phone switched off, no reply. Had to cancel an appointment to get back home on time for him to service my boiler. At least he could let me know in advance and it would be more understandable that way. Have to look for someone else now. Sorry mate, won’t use your services again.

After a bad experience from another tradesperson, this person came out and gave us the service we needed. He was professional, friendly and prompt. He helped and advised us with his honest opinion and it has been so helpful. Definitely recommend his services.
