Steve just stopped communicating even though I informed him that i needed thz job done urgently. He gave the quote ,I agreed with it, yet failed to give approximate time he will call in to do the job. Steve is very unprofessional, seems not so interested. Not recommended really

Steve was very polite, reliable, pleasant, and thorough in the job. He came to see what was needed first, answered my questions and explained applicable options. Then he sent me a quote and after after I accepted he kept me informed about when he would returned once the supplies arrived. I am very happy with this experience.

After getting locked out of my house, Steve called round and gained entry for me with no damage to my door and replaced my old lock for new.
