I had a power outage that couldn't be sorted just be resetting the fuses. Steve's lads came out within the hour and diagnosed what turned out to be a complex issue linked to kitchen wiring from my property's previous owner. They then recommended a solution, which they carried out the next day. Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and cost effective. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Fred and Mitch were very professional and friendly. Kept me updated on their ETA and throughout their work explaining it well. They resolved the issue quickly.

They tested to confirm the most cost-effective solution in the face of confusing DIY by previous house owner and efficiently replaced some external cable.

Steve and Mitch were a little later than expected. However, when they got here, they explained what they were going to do, and then just got on with it. They cleared up after themselves afterwards, and problem-solved when the car charger wasn't working as expected. All-in-all, a great job.

Initially a positive experience with Mr Parker who seemed friendly and helpful. This was soon marred by his workers not coming when they were supposed to, work being done repeatedly and incorrectly, damage to my property on several occassions, not complepting works, trying to get further money for works already done and making my wife feel unsafe in her own home.
