I had a boiler installed and serviced every year by Stevenson. This year unfortunately they caused some damage to the wall/paintwork around the boiler and didn’t do a very thorough check. I complained. They said they wanted to check the damage themselves but haven’t found time to come and I am now not getting any response from them.

They were expert in what they did, explained everything they were doing, were polite and helpful, tidy, dedicated in what they do. I am so pleased with what they have done best thing I have done. I am glad I chose them and went ahead with the work.

They responded in an emergency situation where I had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks with an infant. They came out and offered a quotation and carried out the work within a week They were thorough and diligent. I recommend them highly.

Very prompt and efficient response from enquiry through to installation. Installer very personable and kept us informed about each stage of the process.

Process was carried out with minimal disturbance to household procedures. Staff extremely courteous and helpful.

6 replacement radiators was the plan. Ordered some little while ago and arranged a date. Advised the day before when the fitters were coming and the time. They came at 0800 as advised, Dan & James. Two pleasant guys, were tidy and clean in working , the 6 old radiators were quickly removed after having drained the system and new ones fixed. Not straight forward as sizes were slightly different but that was taken care of in a neat and professional way. On completion system tested and a couple of recommendations made. Can thoroughly recommend this company and staff.
