  Exceptional builder - highly recommended

  I cannot recommend Martin highly enough - if you need a builder - book Stevens Homes Group! He completed our kitchen and rear porch renovation to a very high standard, and we are delighted with the result. Martin was patient with me when I was indecisive, solved problems that came up during the work (old Victorian house) and has an eye for detail that leads to a quality finish. The quote was thorough and accurate, we were kept updated throughout and he left our home clean and tidy at the end. Without needing to extend, our home feels completely transformed.

  Loft flooring and entry hatch expansion

  The work was flooring the loft, adding safety features and increasing the entry hatch size. First class work, finished off perfectly, everything completed on time. Highly recommended for all development work in and around the home.

  Excellent workshop conversion

  We had our workshop converted into an outbuilding, and Martin provided excellent advice from the very beginning. The work he completed was of a very high standard and delivered exactly what we had hoped for. We would highly recommend Martin!

  High standard of work carried out quickly and on time.

  We are very pleased with this job which involved fitting a new fire door and frame to the shared boiler room serving our Almshouses. Martin did a very professional job in a less than ideal location as the walls of the room are in very poor condition and far from straight. All work completed the same day to a high standard and room left clean and tidy. Best of all it passed inspection from Fire Service inspector. Would highly recommend.

  Completely refurbish the en suite including re-tiling, new shower, sink and toilet.

  We asked Martin to refurbish the en suite following the excellent work he completed on our extension. As expected the work was completed to the highest standard and to budget. He also helped us with planning the new layout which involved some tricky rerouting of plumbing. We now have a modern and more functional en suite which is a pleasure to use.
