Started with discussions and a detailed quotation to finalise the scope and cost estimates with phased payments linked to progress. Any issues discovered during the build quickly had suggestions and solutions, this included with building control and the architect. Scope creep (caused by the customer) during the refurb was discussed and costs agreed. The Stevens Brothers team worked very well with other trades over the duration of the build. Throughout the refurb the Stevens team was friendly and positive with good suggestions. Highly recommended without hesitation.

We were recommended Stevens Brothers for an extension replacement and could not have been happier with the standard of work. Despite running into unexpected problems along the way, Matt & Luke were great at communicating with us, reliable and were clear about timelines and expectations. I would not hesitate for a second to have them back for further work in the future or recommend their services.

This is the 2nd time that we have used Luke and Matt for building works and would still highly recommend them! They remain a family business, which reflects well on the work they carry out. They are reliable, have a good eye for detail and take pride in what they do. Any additional costs on top of what was agreed were well signposted and discussed before they carried out the work. Testament to their work was that after 8 months of extensive work on the property, there was only a couple of minor snags that were rectified within a day.

Very professional and friendly. Kept us informed what was going on at all times. Bricked up where window was and went out of there way to get matching bricks. Even came to fit a door for us. Overall a really great experience, would definitely recommend and use again.

Matt, Luke, Mark and Kyle were great. Very good communication, always letting us know how everything was going. We had major work for best part of a year with 2 young children and they couldn't have made the process any easier for us.
