    Remove old wallpaper and Install new wallpaper

    It is our new home , we wanted to remove old wallpaper , prepare the wall for new wall paper and Install new Vinyl wallpaper for hallway stairs & Mural Wallpaper for kids Bedroom..Steve was fantastic with his job ...he removed the old wallpaper before we moved in and waited patiently for couple of weeks for us to move all the things in ...It was all his idea to do what and when ....then he did a fantastic and awesome job which completely changed our hallway and our kids bedroom with his great preparation and execution ....Thanks Steve for your work ....Highly recommend Steve for his job....

    Wallpapering

    Steven wallpapered two large walls for us, one over a staircase. The work was excellent, the wallpaper looks amazing and steven managed to get a totally uniform look even behind some very awkward pipework and lighting. Steven was also very courteous, quick and professional - would have no hesitation in recommending!

my name is Steven Field and my Business is called Steven Field Painting and Decorating Specialist's.

I Specialise in the Higher End of Decorating where the finished product is of the Highest Standard, Carried out in a Professional manner and with a minimum of fuss and disruption.

I have 30 years experience within the trade and have worked in all sectors of the industry.


I have extensive experience in hanging All Wallcoverings including Silks, Grasscloth, Suede, Bespoke Hand printed and all brands such as Zoffany, Cole & Son, House of Hackney, Harlequin, Tektura, Helen Sheen and Muraspec.


I also Specialise in Wallpaper Murals and have appeared on TV installing Murals as well as some very prestigious West End Residential and Commercial properties.

Airless and Hvlp Spraying is also a main part of my business and have invested considerably on 3 Spray units for the differing applications and materials that I Spray.

I have also invested in Professional Sanding and dustless extraction Systems that gives the highest standard of the most important stage of any Successful project, The Preparation, and combined with Spraying I manage to achieve a Very High standard of finish that's extremely clean and productive.


Where Spraying is not practical or desired the traditional methods of the brush and roller are used in conjunction with the Sanding and dustless extraction system to high effect.

I have also been awarded 4 times by The PDA for the work I have produced and am a active member upholding our shared values.
