  Moving made easy with Steve Frieze!

  We would highly recommend Steve Frieze and the team. They provided an excellent packing service and on the day we moved the team were excellent. The team were helpful and exceeded our expectations and made a busy moving day all the more manageable. First class service from beginning to end!

  Mixed experience on a large move

  Positive:The removal team of Andy, Dan, Rich, Harvey & Gaz worked hard throughout the 3 day move during a heatwave. It was pretty clear this was a tough job. They were courteous & careful with our belongings throughout. Negative: communication from office was poor. They underestimated the job & used this as an excuse throughout.They failed to inform the team we had booked a packing service. Finally John forgot to tell us that the team weren’t bringing our stuff on moving day leaving my husband & I sleeping on the floor & my 10 year old daughter on a headboard wrapped in a tablecloth.

  Exceptional team work

  Wow, the team arrived on time day 1. Started packing in 30c heat. There really should have had more hands, which didn't arrive until day 2, but only after being requested. Cannot fault Andy for his team spirit and keeping everyone motivated. Day 2 we had Andy and team, but still needed extra hands . They were amazing, but the company need to make exceptions on large jobs in extreme heat as these lads, who where joined by another team member later in the day on day 2, worked like Trojans in unbearable heat, without complaint. We really cannot fault the lads for their hard work & care.

  Great Team

  From booking until our arrival at our new home the whole team were helpful and communicative. The team of four who handled the actual loading, moving and unloading worked hard and diligently, they were polite and friendly and they disassembled and reassembled where required, with ease and good humour. They made the whole experience much easier for us and I would highly recommend.

  Removal of contents from my flat into storage. Storage to house

  The experience was good from initial contact right through to final delivery. The personnel that came to assess the move and quote was vey professional in explaining what would happen on the day, how the storage worked and what would happen on removal from storage to final destination. The personnel that came to remove and deliver the contents turned up on time. They were very professional and worked very quickly and quietly not disturbing other residents. I would recommend Steve Frieze to anybody.

  Moving house

  Tom, Dan and Andrew were amazing! So professional, so friendly, worked so hard in the heatwave!!!! Very respectful of personal belongings. Honestly couldn't have moved without them, stress free, reliable and hard working. We cannot thank you enough for today, it was a long move and in such hot weather. Thank you all so much we will definitely use you guys again if we have to move and will ask for you if we can!! Completely recommend! Thank you so very much!
