Luke did a great job of stripping layers of non-breathable paint previous owners had applied to bricks and repointing, plus removing cracked cement render and re-rendering those sections not in good enough condition to repoint. He understood the need for lime cement for an old building (which several other people who quoted seemed confused about). Also repaired some lead flashing on the roof that needed doing.
