Luke did a great job of stripping layers of non-breathable paint previous owners had applied to bricks and repointing, plus removing cracked cement render and re-rendering those sections not in good enough condition to repoint. He understood the need for lime cement for an old building (which several other people who quoted seemed confused about). Also repaired some lead flashing on the roof that needed doing. I was anxious about getting work done with all the stories you hear but was pleasantly surprised by the group of young guys who arrived who put me at ease and worked hard in dusty and very hot conditions but always with a smile on their faces .
