Punctual, friendly and reasonably priced

John & his team were extremely professional, the team worked hard to achieve a great job, they constantly cleared up after themselves as they went along, moving anything that was in the way carefully & then putting it back where it belongs, even the neighbours commented on how there constantly cleared up as they went. The team worked hard, were polite & did a great job, very pleased!

The team arrived and got to work immediately. Original quote was for gutter and downpipes clearance. However, the moss was causing problems with Magpies loosening and sending onto my garden, so agreed to have it cleared.

Originally only clearing the gutters Sterling found that our fascia’s were rotten and the guttering was not disposing of the water down the drain pipe. We needed a new fascia, new guttering and new soffits. They did the work for us the same day. How’s that for service!!

Quick response and quote. Work arranged within 2 weeks. Workers hadn't brought the right quality felt and left partway through the work without explanation. I was quoted for £1000 worth of additional work during the job and told that the company's insurance would not be valid without it. I will update the scores once the work has been tested by heavy rain.
