  Very pleased indeed with Sterling’s service. Helpful and friendly attitude to my initial enquiry got us booked in quickly. Plumber Toby arrived on time, and worked diligently to solve the problem of the stuck radiator valve. He gave us some useful tips too. The best part was, thanks to his persistence, we did not need to drain down the entire system after all. sterling will definitely be the first people we call when we require any plumbing work done in the future.

  Full bathroom renovation

  I am thrilled with the bathroom renovation Sterling Plumbers have just completed for me. From the initial contact with Neil Storey, then working with his happy team, Liam and Louis, everything has been slick and professional. Attention to detail is perfection, even down to the ‘scallop’ effect silicone on the wall panels. They are a happy team, and lovely to have in my home. They can’t help the dust, but my goodness they leave the place clean and tidy every day! I have no hesitation in recommending Sterling to everyone. And Neil’s follow up after the job is done shows how much he cares.

  Reliable and excellent plumbing company

  We had two bathrooms completely renovated by Sterling plumbers when we moved into our new house. We had used them on many occasions before so had no worries about anything. And they did not disappoint us at all. The lads are very hardworking, polite, lovely guys who did a really wonderful job for us - we are so happy with all they have done. We would very much recommend them for all plumbing jobs - as we have had just about everything sorted out by them!

  Efficient job done

  As usual the plumbers are prompt and efficient, friendly and tidy. We had a toilet flush repaired, a new heated towel rail replacing the old one and a new waste in the sink. It was all done well and left clean and tidy by mid afternoon. I will use Sterling plumbers again and can recommend them.

  Re sealing around bath and sink worktop

  First time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review . I supplied the silicone - Dow sanitary . Was told by the chaps that was the stuff they used and was the “good stuff “ what I was left with was a scratched sink , scratched shower screen frame and the silicone was a mess esp. Behind the taps . Was told silicone was my fault even tho at no point did they say it was an issue . Was told I can’t expect them to be there all day to take off the taps even though I was charged by the hour and that they didn’t scratch anything when they did . They did at least arrange for silicone to be re done
