Stephen was very nice, helpful, did great work and was fairly priced. We were very happy with the job he did.

Wanted a new sturdy,chunky potting bench to replace old rickety one. Seen one I liked and liaised with Steve. Always prompt replies. Steve came round to collect paint, check measurements etc & see old bench in situ. Made off-site, two weekends later I'm the proud owner of a brand new potting bench. Couldn't be happier, really pleased with how it turned out, it looks so right in the garden, more than just a potting bench. Just what I wanted and will last for years. Thanks again Steve. (Handle left unpainted so I can choose same or different colour).

This is the third time that I have used SW Building. This job involved removing the outdated bathroom suite and then carrying out a total refit. I am very happy with the work and I would recommend this builder. He makes helpful suggestions and I found him patient when I decided I wanted two alcoves. No complaints.

My prior negative experiences with home renovations led to considerable skepticism, but Stephen's professionalism exceeded expectations. His approach, workmanship, and communication were exemplary. He attentively addressed my requirements, offered valuable advice, and provided thoughtful recommendations without pressure, allowing me time to consider his proposals given my past experiences. Stephen's consistent updates throughout the project were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, his pricing was unexpectedly competitive. I wholeheartedly recommend Stephen and his services.

Stephen was an excellent find for carpentry work, he responded very quickly to our enquiry, attended our home promptly for an in depth discussion of our plans, input some suggestions which improved the project and produced a very reasonable quote soon thereafter. On starting the works he is very reliable, considerate of your home and tidy; he’s very easy going and a pleasure to chat with but industrious and with a clear plan for the project. The end result looks stunning, exactly what we wanted and so we are very happy to highly recommend him for your projects.

Stephen White Building Services is a terrible company. Despite visiting the property and me clearly explaining the work needed, he provided a quote for incomplete work at over £3,500, offering only a small £300 discount. The work took over a week to complete, longer than estimated, and the quality was very poor. The job was left unfinished. After taking my money, he promised to return on 22 November but did not show up. When I called, I discovered he had blocked my number. This builder is untrustworthy and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using his services.
