The company were on time and quick to respond to my request without being pushy. Work was carried out to a high standard and the workman was really friendly and helpful.

A seemingly straightforward job turned into something else. Steve bravely stuck his finger in to cover up the leak, just like the Dutch boy. A few wet towels but the job got sorted.

Steve was thoroughly professional throughout the work. Communicated well and talked his way through his work and what was the problem and costs as he went. Quickly confirmed the problem and contacted suppliers there and then. Obtained the parts and returned the next day to fit them. Repair was completed and any rubbish tidied away leaving the area clean. There was a tiny leak in the repair but steve came back to tighten the joint the next day no problem.
