I could not have asked for more, I was contacted immediately was given the cost structure which was very reasonable and a very quick date and time for the actual repair. On the day I got a call to say to expect arrival shortly and the repair was done quickly and was fully explained. I certainly would recommend Stephens Aerials to anyone experiencing issues with their satellite equipment.

Adam was great - came when he said he would and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend him.

Adam Stephen arrived promptly, checked the signal and aerial and told us what needed doing and the cost. We agreed and he did the work efficiently. He was very easy to talk to.

Booked a call on Monday, was given a time and indicative pricing - no call out charge. Adam Called 15 mins before arrival to say on the way. Very friendly - identified the amplifier issue quickly and replaced it, made sure TV's were retuned OK. Can't fault anything. Nice friendly guy and great service / value.

Stephen was punctual and was very patient in explaining the issue we had to someone who has very limited knowledge on these things. He gave clear advice and a fair quote. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service! I contacted Adam and luckily he was available to do the job the same day. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did the installation there and then. His work was spot on and he was very friendly, tidy and professional. He is clearly very knowledgeable of his trade. Faultless.
