Adam came to fix our broken TV aerial and provided excellent service. He gave indicative quotations for all scenarios in case it was not a broken aerial. The cost was exactly as described for a replacement aerial and he did an excellent job.

We contacted Stephens Aerials after he completed some work at my parents house. We had a number of aerials on the side of our property that weren't actually connected / being used for anything and wanted them removed. Adam was really prompt at responding to our quote request and got us booked in quickly. He turned up when he said he would, the cost of the work was as quoted and even better he took everything with him, so we didn't have to worry about getting rid of any scrap metal. Adam was really professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Adam let us know when he was on way to us by calling. Quickly identified the weak signal problem and went into the loft to check the aerial. Repositioned the in loft aerial to greatly improve signal strength and checked amplifier was working correctly. TV picture is now perfect with no pixelation. Very reasonable price paid by card. I definitely recommend him. Would have no problem passing on his details to friends and relatives if needed.
