We hired this company in May 2025 to renovate a small bathroom. The work began without issue, but we were left with multiple unresolved problems and looking for another contractor to finish the work as this company is now unreachable. This is adding more than 10% costs to our renovation. The shower was installed but appears not to have been properly tested, as it leaked over several days. SA renovations gave our kitchen a full revamp. New units, appliances, tiling, and lighting. Ivan kept us updated throughout and helped solve a few unexpected issues without fuss.

We had a downstairs toilet fitted by step ahead bathrooms. Work was tidy, they respected our home, and it was all finished in good time. The toilet looks great and works perfectly.

We’ve now used step ahead renovations twice for house improvements. They did our bathroom last year and just finished a living room re-plaster and decorating. Professional and no nonsense.

Ivan and his team at stepahead sorted our kitchen floor and lighting upgrades. No problems at all, turned up when they said they would and charged what was agreed. Will use them again.
