The team were great in responding to my initial requests and subsequent design ideas for my bathroom. They provided recommendations for materials and furniture and took care of the delivery’s. Jordan, who fitted my bathroom, explained in detail what would be happening and if I was happy to go ahead. He gave test ideas when there may have been an issue and communication throughout was excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for you and should I need work anywhere else I will come to them first. I absolutely love my bathroom and so does everyone who has seen it!

I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this project. From the outset, Step-Ahead were extremely responsive and professional. Ivan is a great project manager and I never waited longer than 30 mins on any occasion for his response to a question or anything I needed. Step-Ahead provided the most reasonable and thorough quote, clearly setting out every cost so there were no surprises. Stan, who fitted the bathroom, was friendly, helpful and above all else very skilled. He did an amazing job. I feel he really cared about making the bathroom as good as possible and went above and beyond for me.

This project was big and it took several months. Ivan came and created 3D images for our bathroom and WC which helped to visualise the potential outcome. Ivan was very reliable with ordering materials, tiles etc. Milen worked tirelessly and created a beautiful bathroom and WC. He managed to change our WC into a wet room for my father and we’re super grateful. A very honest, skilled builder who never cut corners and kept the house clean. Yordan and his wife came and painted the house and internal doors. Lovely couple who went above and beyond for us. Did extra bits out of kindness. Thank you!!!
