Satisfied with the work carried out and quick communication.

I do not normally write reviews but feel this level of service deserves recognition. I called ST Electrical last week with a consumer panel issue, They arrived on time. They checked the consumer unit replaced an RCD breaker, identified poor workmanship by the previous installation team gave me advice on what to check on the Economy storage heaters should the issue continue. They were at my home about 45 minutes and charged me nothing for the time they spent repairing/ checking and reassuring me. My recent bad experiences with electrical contractors has been erased by the quality of service

I had two new sockets, a bathroom shaver socket and a wired-in front door bell. Simon visited to assess the work and provided a fair quote, We agreed a date. A team of three young men did the work, and Simon called in on the day to see how they were getting on. The team were polite, efficient and very tidy. I can only say the service was great from start to finish, and I would happily recommend them to others.

From the moment of contact all the way through to coming along and fitting it very professional and had no problems at all. He was very polite..
