    Installation of smart lock

    Professional and helpful in the face of really unusual locks

    I had some very unusual locks to change and Stef's advice was absolutely spot on. The locks had to be specially ordered and Stef kept me up to date with timings. He is reliable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would strong recommend him.

    Window lock repair

    Stefan was pleasant and friendly. He came on time and communicated via text throughout to let me know what time he would attend the job. . He was dedicated and persistent. He didn't give up until my window lock was fixed. His rates are competitive and reasonable. If you want an honest, down to earth locksmith, then Stef is your man! Very satisfied.

    Fit new patio locks

    Although Stefan didn't proceed with the job, he responded immediately to my message on Checkatrade. I sent photos and he gave a quote and date he could complete. The only reason he did not do the job was because despite checkatrade stating my postcode was within his work area, it turned out not to be. Very annoying. Thank you Stefan for your excellent communication and respectfulness throughout.

    New gear fitting for the front door lock system
