He was amazing, he answered straight away and could fit us in between other jobs on the same day within an hour. At every point he was courteous, polite and exceeding kind. Throughout he was honest about quotes and the prognosis but still managed to reset and fix it anyway. It’s the best money we have spent this Christmas so thank you.
