  New Front Composite Door and Rear PVC Door

  I would highly recommend St Edmunds. Nothing seemed to difficult. We searched and spoke to many different companys before commiting to any one. We was keen to use a local company so decided to use St Edmunds. We was very indecisive when it came to knowing what we wanted. Gavin the salesman made life easy made changes at a drop of a hat and wasn't pushy just to get the sale. When it came to Installation no job was to difficult, the installers were friendly, continually commuicated with us, didn't rush, and completed the job to the quality expected. Overall a good allround experience.

  New Windows and Doors

  We had new windows and doors installed in our home. From the first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice. Jason from the Sales Team visited and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Once we received the very competitive quote, the process was really easy and quick. I'd received a call from the team prior to work starting. Dave and Carlos were fantastic. They were clean, efficient and the windows look amazing. Cannot rate this company highly enought.

  Replacement conservatory door and conservatory roof repair

  Overall the service supplied by this company is poor. They quoted for two items. To repair our conservatory roof and to replace a door. The price originally quoted for the roof doubled after the surveyors inspection, and despite seeming confident to undertake the work was unable to provide any methodology for the work to be carried out resulting in them cancelling the work. The door was replaced and shortly after the door dropped and we were unable to close it. Some of the plastic trim also broke off. Despite chasing 3 times we have still not had the issues addressed. Very poor service.

  Front door supply and fit

  Excellent service from sales visit to installation. Prompt communication at all times - did what they said they were going to do and always got back to me; sadly a rare occurence these days. Fitters did a very good job and I'm pleased with the result. Hassle-free transaction. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  New front and rear door

  First class service from the outset. We met with Jason who talked through our requirements and at no point was there any pressure selling, and a quote was sent to us soon after. The price was very competitive as we had sought a few other quotes and we also benefitted from a deal where the we only paid for the labour on the rear door if we also had a front door installed. The doors were installed approximately 3 weeks following acceptance of the quote, which again was very impressive, and the quality of the fitting was first class. Would highly recommend this company.

  New Front Door

  We had a new front door fitted by this Company. Fantastic service from beginning to end! Jason came and helped us through the process with no pressure selling tactics. The door was fitted when they said it would be. The quality and price are fantastic. We are thrilled with the end result and would recommend this Company without hesitation!
