From the initial quote to completion of the job, Steve and the team were reliable and efficient. I loved that the work was video prior to the quote being given and after work was finished. Turned up promptly, very friendly, sorted problem very quickly.

Used for a gutter repair as it had become detached. Came next day & reattached gutter stating 'I could have done it myself'. Bit odd. Month or so down the line it has come apart again. When we had a look, it appeared the joint was not fully attached, likely the cause of the issue. This was missed however on their visit. Fell like I paid for next to nothing as I am back to square 1...

Once I posted the job on Checkatrade, ST builders contacted me early the following morning, and were on site a few hours later. Not only did they fix the problem ASAP but they also highlighted some work that I would need address in the future, but were not pushy about adding the extra work into the current job. I would highly recommend Steve and Gemma to anyone considering roof work.

Steve arrived on time and worked out the problem very quickly. He was able to complete the work there and then and the issues were resolved very promptly.
