Problem identified quickly and was able to start fairly promptly. Took longer than anticipated but that was due to Christmas/New Year and bad weather. Work completed as required and tidied up when finished. Dylan and Sean both very courteous and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Sean and Dylan were an effective team. Sean did most of the physical work (often in the rain) to a very high standard. Dylan was effective at supervising the work and was always available when any problems arose. I can highly recommend them to friends and family. Well done and thanks.

Dylan came out to assess two substantial wet areas on each corner of the top front room. Confirmed degraded felt along the roof line. Suggested only the first 4 rows of tiles needed removal to replace the felt, the rest being sound. This avoided a full replacement where scaffolding would be required, so kept the cost down. Also had the felt at the back replaced. As well as dodgy lead work. As I was putting the house on the market, he fitted my work in and it was completed over a series of three days in two weeks. Good communication.
