  Gutter Repair

  Sam promptly sent Martin to repair a leaking gutter pipe joint gasket (one leaking joint on a 2-floor semi) in Bisley, Surrey. Martin came over and did a great job. The job cost £220, and I was happy with the work done. I had another roofer booked who did not turn up a few times, but when I cancelled the job, he said I paid double the cost for repairing/replacing a joint gasket. I dnt have much experience in roofing so I dnt know if he is correct or just bitter :)

  Replacing rotten soffit

  ⸻ Sam and his team did a fantastic job fixing a rotten soffit and fitting squirrel/bird guards. What started as a small repair turned into a much bigger project, but Sam kept me fully updated throughout, sending progress photos They painted the guttering and drain pipes too making everything look like new :) His team were polite, tidy, and very efficient. Really impressed with their work and professionalism – I’ll definitely use them again!

  Sam's work is 10/10. He carried out roofing work, brickwork, painting & making space for dishwasher

  I brought Sam in to replace my roof, fix brickwork, paint the whole house inside and out and make space to install a dishwasher in the kitchen. Sam and his team are the most excellent professional builders I've ever met. From minute one, Sam was communicative, straightforward and worked to my really quick timelines as I needed the work done quite quickly so I could move into my home. The quality of the work was exceptional all round, and I will definitely be calling Sam again first when I do some more work in the future. What else can I say except 10/10 A++ service

  I have used Stately Construction for a variety of projects over the years and Sam and his team are always professional, reliable, punctual, and courteous. Nothing is a problem and the work is carried out quickly, and to a very high standard. I would whole heartedly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

  Sam responded very quickly to our inquiry, providing a quote and completing the work all within a very short time frame and at a very reasonable price. It was quite a big job and fairly urgent as we had a leak coming in. We couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Sam's team. The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Sam again in the future.
