Having received a quote to install a new boiler I was concerned to read a previous review suggesting they were not approved Worcester installers. However Worcester customer relations dept. not only confirmed that Startech are approved, but are one of their highly commended installers. We needed the work completed urgently after the breakdown of our old boiler left us with no hot water or central heating. Despite being busy on other work Lee arranged the quote & Matt / Harley & Jack completed the installation all within a week. All very courteous, flexible and helpful - Thank you

Lee Mackay of Startech Engineering installed a new boiler in my home. First, the roof leaked around the flue. He tried to fix it with silicone. It leaked again (of course) . With my new decorations being ruined, I employed a professional roofer to fix the bodged roof. He said it was the worst job he had ever seen. I had to pay for the roofer to install the correct flue and cowling. Then, Lee Mackay had told me that Startech was Worcester accredited which turned out not to be true and so Worcester would not offer the promised 10 year guarantee. Now, Lee Mackay is not returning texts or calls.

The team work hard and very effectively the job was completed in 2 days to a high standard I would recommend them to anyone

I had Startech removed my old boiler and cylinders and change to a new combi. Thanks George for the quick quote and made me a tailor made the quote to meet my needs. George also communicated well with the team about my concerns. So when Matt and Sam came over, they were doing their best to minimise the damage to my kitchen. In general the whole team did a good job and help me a lot extra in the end. Thank you startech!

Matt and his team George and Donny have done an excellent job quoting and fitting our new boiler. Very efficient and tidy. New boiler was fitted in a day and more time had been set aside in case pipe work needing replacement Would definitely recommend
