The work was to install a really attractive metal gate in the gateway into my front garden. The completed work was excellently done and just literally turned my house into a home, not to mention affording extra sense of security. The gate swings nice and freely and also fastens nicely. For the Damp repairs. Rebuilding a section of the foundation. Repair the flooring and external repairs to prevent water ingress in future. Very reliable, friendly and approachable tradesmen. We contacted Mike to get an estimate for work to fix a penetrating damp issue. This was for a property we are in the process of buying, so access arrangements were tricky to obtain, but Mike was able to accommodate with his schedule. He was responsive, punctual and very courteous. He was able to investigate the source of damp and pointed out to us the fix which would be a minor piece of work.
