Dean came to my property and gave me an assessment of the issues and how he could go about fixing them. He provided me with a quote and I commissioned him in July 2025. Dean did a variety of jobs including repairing an extension roof, repairing a damp course, undertaking remedial work to a porch and sealing up a garage roof. Just looking at everything I can visually see and the photographs of the work Dean supplied me with, I’m happy with the work. Dean was professional in all of his work and did what he said he would.

Although the work was scheduled during what turned out to be a period of unhelpful weather, I was kept informed throughout of the progress of the project. Everyone was polite throughout. An additional job was completed with full discussion of materials to be used.
