We contacted this company for a quote to replace a stop tap and fix a pipe. They arranged to come and look at it and then never showed up. We rearranged and then they never showed up again.

Excellent communication and great workmanship

Mo turned up first day, advised on installing a filter after cleaning the boiler out. Did the work over a couple of sessions to fully clear the filter and fitted a wireless control at the same time. Mo was really thorough in what he did and spent the time needed to fix the issues fully. Will definitely be using his services again.

This person is terrible! He goes by the name ‘Ricky’ which is isn’t his legal name and now I know why. The work was so poor that in the end I just said ‘leave’ after a disaster of fitting just the bath and wall panels ( cutting all wrong by the way)! He said it would take 4 days but it had been over 3 weeks with excuse after excuse! He never cleaned up after himself and on top of that his helper drilled through a pipe with the water going onto the electrics and light and Ricky tried to deny it saying it was dust!!! This worker is awful and do not use him! He even threatened me before leaving!
