  Removal of artex ceiling and skirting boards and fresh plastering

  Really clear communication and explanation of the job after a brief visit and an agreed price. Job was completed a couple of weeks later to a high standard and finish would recommend for this kind of work.

  Render Repairs

  The Render on our porperty in Wolverton was in disrepair so I contacted St Albans Plastering and General Builders. I met with Ian and we agreed the scope of work, which included repairs to the render and painting the front of the property. Ian's communication skills are fantastic, he kept me informed throughout the project. He started on time and finished on time and for the price agreed. The work was completed to a high standard. If you have any building projects coming up in Milton Keynes, then i highly recommend this company.

  High quality, trustworthy, professional and expert

  Ian is by far the best tradesperson that I have met. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and neat and will go above and beyond to ensure that the job is done to 110% standard. Ian worked on bathroom tiling (whilst addressing a prior botch job from another tradesperson) and has previously worked on rendering. I would be reluctant to ask anyone else for work around the house. Can’t recommend Ian highly enough!

  Had airtex ceilings and wanted them scraped and replastered

  Ian was prompt to come and assess for a quote. He was really clear on what needed to be done but also potential risks as its an old cottage. One ceiling was on a curve so extra difficult. Availability for the job was only a couple of weeks rather than months too. Ian was on time, organised and tidy, he just cracked on. Lovely finish and he gave me a good quote to seal and paint too 😀

  Kitchen plastering

  We had Ian round to plaster our kitchen today. We’ve had him in to do work previously and due to how good his work was, didn’t hesitate to book again. Ian was brilliant in fitting us in as it was a bit of a time sensitive job we weren’t expecting. Again his quality of work on a what was a pretty pi**ed wall is brilliant. We’ve got more we need doing and I won’t be thinking twice about calling Ian again.

  Hire Ian for your plastering

  Ian is the best plasterer, great to deal with and I am happy to leave him home alone with my key. Have used him in both my homes over the years and recommended to many.
